AUTHORIZATION OF COLLECTION AND USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION - PRE - REGISTRATION OF VISITORS

Dear Visitor,

Cordial greetings from CORFERIAS. The information you are providing by filling out this preregistration form is personal information, which is required to carry out your registration for the Trade Fair or Event of your interest. By submitting this information, you are giving your free, voluntary, and informed consent, and consequently authorize CORFERIAS to collect your personal data and to conserve it for processing and use in accordance with CORFERIAS’ Personal Data Policy and this authorization, specifically for the following purposes:

i) to use it for the promotion, marketing, advertising, and communication of CORFERIAS’ commercial activities through the sending of information via email, SMS messages, or telephone

ii) to use it for the promotion, marketing, advertising, and communication of commercial activities, services, or products of exhibitors and/or strategic partners participating in the trade fairs and/or events held on any of CORFERIAS’ digital platforms or at the fairgrounds, by sending information to the authorized channel

iii) I hereby authorize the information I have provided to be disclosed to participating exhibitors at the various trade fairs through CORFERIAS CONECTA when they scan the QR code displayed on my event credential during the event. Such exhibitors, acting as independent data controllers, may process this information for the purposes of establishing commercial contact and promoting their own products and services. I may exercise my rights to access, update, rectify, erase, or withdraw this authorization at any time, either through CORFERIAS or directly with the exhibitor that has received my personal information.

i. To know, update, and correct your personal data with Corferias; ii.To request evidence of the authorization granted; iii. To be informed by Corferias, upon request, about how your data has been used; iv. To file complaints with the Superintendence of Industry and Commerce for any violations of this Law; v. To rescind the authorization and/or request the deletion of your data when the constitutional and legal principles, rights, and guarantees have not been respected.
